Experiential and somatic
Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)
PSIP is a relational, body-centered way of exploring trauma-related patterns through present-moment sensations, emotions, and nervous-system responses. Rather than relying only on insight or conversation, the therapist helps you notice what arises and work with it at a pace that respects your safety and autonomy.
When clinically appropriate, PSIP may be used alongside legally prescribed ketamine. Your therapist can discuss whether this approach is a fit and what preparation and support it involves.
Mindfulness and curiosity
Hakomi-Informed Therapy
Hakomi uses mindfulness, attention to the body, and gentle curiosity to explore the beliefs and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Slowing down can make room to notice a familiar response as it happens and discover a different way to meet it.
This work is collaborative and respectful of the ways you have learned to protect yourself.
Connection in the room
Human-Animal Relational Therapy (HART)
With a therapy dog as part of the session, you can explore trust, connection, boundaries, and relationships in the moment. A dog’s presence may make it easier to notice emotions and interactions that are hard to put into words.
Animal-assisted sessions are offered by participating clinicians. Ask us about availability and whether this approach would fit your preferences.
