We use KAP to help you explore emotions and patterns that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. We support you before, during, and after the experience so you can understand and integrate what comes up.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Psychedelic Therapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy uses low dose ketamine as a means to treat depression, PTSD and OCD. The experience can create a window of heightened emotional flexibility where you can process difficult memories without feeling deeply overwhelmed. It also helps promote neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to rewire itself and form new, healthy connections. For some people, ketamine can quiet the usual mental noise, loosen rigid patterns, and create space to approach painful experiences with more curiosity and less fear.
For PTSD, this may make it easier to explore traumatic material without feeling completely overwhelmed by it. For OCD, KAP may help you go towards the bigger fears without being overwhelmed.
KAP is a collaborative process that includes preparation, ketamine sessions, and integration afterward. We bring a body-based, relational, and trauma-informed approach to helping you make sense of what comes up and carry meaningful insights and changes into everyday life.
Ketamine sessions are 2 hour sessions in the office or virtually. We also offer multi-day retreats.
